At NurtureNest, we work to process and deliver your order as quickly as possible. Please review the following information regarding our order processing and shipping times.

1. Order Processing Time

All orders require 2–4 business days to be prepared and processed before they are shipped.

This processing period includes order verification, product preparation, quality checks, and packaging.

Please note: Order processing times are separate from shipping times.

2. Shipping Time

Once your order has been processed and shipped, the estimated delivery time is:

6–8 business days

Shipping times begin once your order has been dispatched, not when the order is placed.

3. Estimated Total Delivery Time

The estimated total time from placing your order to delivery is therefore:

2–4 business days for processing + 6–8 business days for shipping

This means that most orders are expected to arrive within approximately 8–12 business days from the date the order is placed.

These are estimated delivery times and may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our control, such as carrier delays, customs processing, weather conditions, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information when available.

Please allow some time for the tracking information to become active after your order has been dispatched.

5. Delays

While we do our best to meet the estimated delivery times above, NurtureNest cannot guarantee a specific delivery date.

6. Customs and Import Duties

For international orders, your country may impose customs duties, taxes, or other import charges. Any such charges, where applicable, are generally the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise required by law.
