1. PURPOSE

This Refund and Return Policy governs purchases made through the Pixelon online store.

By placing an order through our website, you agree to the terms outlined in this Policy.

2. RETURN PERIOD

Customers may request a return within fourteen (14) calendar days of receiving their order, unless a longer period is required by applicable consumer protection laws.

3. ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS

To qualify for a return, the item must:

  • Be in resalable condition.
  • Not be damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper handling by the customer.
  • Include all original accessories, manuals, and packaging where reasonably possible.
  • Be returned in substantially the same condition in which it was received.

Pixelon reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet these requirements.

4. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Unless otherwise required by applicable law, the following items are not eligible for return:

  • Customized or personalized products.
  • Products damaged by misuse, neglect, accidents, or unauthorized modifications.
  • Items that cannot be returned for hygiene or health protection reasons once opened or used.
  • Gift cards and downloadable digital products.

5. DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you must contact Pixelon within seven (7) days of delivery.

Your request must include:

  • Order number.
  • Description of the issue.
  • Clear photographs of the product and packaging.

After review, Pixelon may, at its sole discretion:

  • Replace the item.
  • Reship the order.
  • Issue a full or partial refund.

6. RETURN PROCESS

  • Reason for the return.

If your request is approved, return instructions will be provided.

Returns sent without prior authorization may be refused.

7. RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

For returns due to a change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise required by applicable law.

If the return results from a defective product, shipping damage, or an error made by Pixelon, reasonable return shipping costs will be covered by Pixelon.

8. REFUNDS

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, Pixelon will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase unless otherwise agreed.
  • Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution and may take between 5 and 15 business days.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by law or where the return results from an error by Pixelon.

9. UNDELIVERED OR REFUSED ORDERS

If an order is returned due to:

  • An incorrect address provided by the customer.
  • Failure to collect the package.
  • Refusal to accept delivery without valid cause.

Pixelon reserves the right to deduct any shipping, return shipping, customs, storage, handling, or other logistics costs incurred before issuing a refund.

10. CUSTOMS DUTIES AND IMPORT TAXES

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other fees imposed by the destination country.

These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable by Pixelon.

11. FRAUD PREVENTION

Pixelon reserves the right to deny any return, refund, replacement, or compensation request where there is reasonable evidence of:

  • Fraudulent activity.
  • Abuse of refund or return policies.
  • False claims.
  • Product tampering.
  • Attempts to obtain goods or refunds dishonestly.

12. CONSUMER RIGHTS

Nothing in this Policy shall limit or exclude any mandatory consumer rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.

Customers may be entitled to additional rights depending on their country, state, or region of residence.

13. CHARGEBACKS

Customers agree to contact Pixelon and provide a reasonable opportunity to resolve any issue before initiating a chargeback, payment dispute, or claim through a payment provider.

Fraudulent chargebacks may be disputed using available shipping, tracking, communication, and delivery records.
